The Platform relies on trusted third-party providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, and security. Those providers are described in our

10. Availability and Force Majeure
EduCorelb strives to provide reliable and secure services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, power or telecommunications failures, and governmental action. EduCorelb is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by such events.
11. Data Backup
EduCorelb performs regular backups to reduce the risk of data loss. However, no backup system can guarantee absolute protection against every possible incident. Schools are encouraged to maintain copies of critical records whenever necessary.
12. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduCorelb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of educational opportunities, loss of business, data loss caused by third-party failures or user negligence, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. The total aggregate liability of EduCorelb shall not exceed the amount paid by the Educational Institution during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
Each Educational Institution agrees to indemnify and hold EduCorelb harmless from any third-party claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the School's or its Users' misuse of the Platform, breach of these Terms, infringement of any third-party right, or upload of unlawful content, except to the extent caused by EduCorelb's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Termination
EduCorelb may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fees remain unpaid, use of the Platform threatens security or operations, or termination is required by law. Educational Institutions may discontinue services in accordance with their Subscription Agreement. On termination, the School may request export or deletion of its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 12, 13, 14, and 18) will survive.

- Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver: a failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: a User or School may not assign these Terms without our consent; EduCorelb may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices: notices to EduCorelb may be sent to support@educorelb.com; notices to a School may be sent to the contact details it has provided.
